Which characters will you draw? Is it just Transformers?

No! I’ll draw whoever you want me to. If it’s an OC, or a particular version of a character, you’re very welcome to Mail the reference to art@jackademus.com

Will you design my OC? Can I say, start with a specific alt mode and design a robot from that?

No, I don’t create new designs as part of my commissions. Any OCs must have existing reference.

Can I commission you to draw me?

No, sorry. It’s characters only. The only way you can get me to draw you is as a character from Lower Decks, and even then it’s my interpretation of what you’d look like on the show, or in the comic, not an actual likeness.

How long will it take you to do my commission?

That depends on how many are in the queue before yours. If commissions are open, then I’m only working on commissions so you’re not competing with my regular workload. General rule of thumb is to give me a month before you think about chasing. That way, I’ll probably have it done and neither of us will have extra stress!

What’s the difference between a physical and digital commission?

A physical commission is actual ink on Bristol board, coloured with markers if you choose the colour version, which is then mailed out to your address. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

A digital commission is delivered as a PNG via email. You can request that other file types are provided instead if you don’t want PNG; just pop the request into the message box when you order.

I’m not sure whether I want to get a torso commission or full body. Do you have any advice?

Absolutely. If in any doubt, go for torso. It’s cheaper for you, and the important character building stuff like eyes, mouth, hands etc. are all bigger on the page than with Full Body. It’s a lot to sacrifice just to have legs on there if you’re on the fence.
